New personal best times 2014 or 2015

It is time now to run a few more faster ones.

The art now is to use Herbalife and not to do carboloading for the Ultra-Marathons any more. This was quite an adjustment. It seems to me that Prof Tim Noakes and others may be right. We carry enough fuel as fat in our bodies to be able to complete four marathons.

The challenge now is to unlock the fat and the secret seems to rest with Protein and Herbalife tea and retraining the body.

Let's see ...

so far I ran the follwing distances and times without carboloading:

2 hours - Jan 2014
3 hours - Feb 2014
5 hours (40 slow kilometers) - Feb 2014
4h46 (46 faster kilometers) - March 2014

Still too slow for PB in 56 km ... but this will change in the next 14 months
