List of 100 ACTS
Day 1: Every person in the country must pray twice a day for the President,
and for his or her other leaders - 19/7 - Hansie
Law 2: There will be a new tax in the country called EFTT - for Electronic Fund Transfer Tax. It will be levied on all electronic transfers or electronic payments. It will replace all other taxes and will be levied at 1% in the first year. It will replace all other taxes. - 20/7 - Hansie
Law 3: A Suspended Death Penalty will be imposed. For certain crimes committed against people a death penalty will be imposed that will be suspended for a period of 40 years provided that the guilty party does not enter the country again. The guilty will be banned from the country for a period of 40 years. - 21/7 - Hansie
Law 4 of 100: 10 minutes of "walking" daily. Everybody in the country should "walk" for at least ten minutes a day. A jog or run would also qualify for a "walk". If you are in a wheelchair, then it is ten minutes under your own steam in the wheelchair. If you only move 10 cm in the 10 minutes, it is fine, but you have to do ten minutes every day and then challenge someone else to do it as well. My prayer is that the 10 minutes will grow your discipline and your body! 22/7 - Hansie
Law 5 of 100: Asking "what"and "how"daily at least once. Every person in the country over the age of seven should ask the "what"and "how"question daily. This will replace "why"questions eventually. The question "why I am a slow runner or walker"?" will be replaced by "how do I become a fast runner or walker? or by "What do I need to do to become a fast walker or runner?" How and What will solve more problems much faster than the why question. 23/7 - Hansie
Law 6 of 100: Every religious organisation or group must encourage and inspire their members to do one practical good deed every day to show their commitment to and compassion for the people of the country. 24/7 - Hansie
Law 7 of 100: Every person in the country over 18 years of age must register as a voter. Ideally every person in the country should be required to vote to have an impact in the country. That would be the ideal law. The first step should just be to make it compulsory to register. Then it is the job of the citizens to convince people to go and vote on election day. No one should not be able to use the excuse that of non-registration as a reason not to vote. 25/7 - Hansie

Law 8 of 100: Place four (4) million people in security forces. There will be four million people working in this sector. 1 million will be in permanent employment and the other three million will be employed on a contract basis over a four-year period. One million will be on peace keeping missions in Africa or elsewhere for one year., One million will be in South Africa engaged in keeping the order and making sure that each citizen is safe. One million will be trained for 12 to 24 months to engage in a business or a job where they will earn a good income once they have left the security forces. One million will be placed where required and will do training to increase their skills and knowledge when not otherwise engaged. 26/7 - Hansie

Law 9 of 100: Allow Independent City States in your country (South Africa for me) provided that at least 4% of the inhabitants of the country lives there. 27/7 - Hansie

A fast (water allowed) of 18 hours or more once a month for everybody 18 years or older.
Law 10 of 100: On the first Sunday evening of the month there will be a water fast for everybody 18 years and older who are in good health. This fast will run for a minimum of 18 hours and a maximum of 72 hours. 28/7 - Hansie

Law 11 of 100: for any court order where a default judgement is obtained that was done "incorrectly" or "by mistake" or "fraudulently" a compensation of five times the amount of the legal fees shall be paid to the defendant who needed to get legal counsel to reverse the judgement - payable as follows - one fifth by the responsible person bringing the "work to a competent attorney to fulfil", one fifth by the competent attorney, three fifths by the organisation or individual who brought the case. If the individual (defendant) did the work personally to rescind the judgement a payment of 30 hours at the rate of a senior attorney will be deemed to be the amount of fees that can be claimed (as legal fees). The purpose of this legislation is to make sure that the legal system is not abused at the cost of the ordinary citizen who may not be able to afford the legal fees required to defend his case if he would have been informed of the case. 30/7 - Hansie
Law 12 of 100: all elected government structures will have 30% of members from sports people (10%), people older than 70 (10%) and people younger than 35 (10%) to ensure representation of critical components of the population. 1/8 - Hansie

Law 13 of 100: every three people in permanent employment must help one unemployed person or a temporary employed person to find permanent employment or a sustainable livelihood in any field once every year. 2/8 - Hansie

Law 14 of 100: once a month, but preferably more than once a week every adult citizen should apologise for something that they have done wrong - starting with their loved ones first. 2/8 - Hansie
Law 15 of 100: Every adult citizen below the age of 65 should learn one new skill every year. 3/8 Hansie
Law 16 of 100: Every person over the age of 13 should forgive his enemy, bless his enemy and help his enemy one day every week. 4/8 - Hansie
Law 17 of 100: Every qualifying member of the community will be trained and certified on how to use a firearm and then encouraged to wear one for protection. 5/8 - Hansie
Law 18 of 100: Each official in control of a certain government department must visit a different office of his department every quarter and experience what a member of the public will endure. He or she must do that " under-cover" - nobody should know about the visit. 10/8 - Hansie
Law 19 of 100: Every young kid must be exposed to the wonders of mathematics from age five latest. 10/8 - Hansie
Law 20 of 100: Every person over the age 12 must have a waistline that is less than half of his or her length (height). That means if you are 1,86 m tall, you waistline are not allowed to exceed 93 cm. If it does exceed that you get 60 days to adjust that. 13/8 - Hansie

Law 21 of 100: Seek first to understand and then to be understood: 14/8 - Hansie
what does the sign mean - is half of the road for bike users? Should bike users get off there bicycles here? Should bikes be left at this spot and you can only walk from here? Get understanding first before you try to get your point across is what this law is about.
Law 22 of 100: For any 21 consecutive days give 1 gift every day to a different person. It may be a smile, a positive word or message, a small gift or an expensive gift - 15/8 - Hansie

Law 24 of 100: Every citizen should take a daily ice bath of 5 minutes or a cold-water swim of 20 minutes - 16/8 - Vincent.
Law 25 of 100: Every person should rest enough. This means that they should have a total break every 1 day out of ten or 1 out of 7 preferably. They should also rest enough in every cycle of 48 hours. Hansie - 18/8
Law 26 of 100: Every person over the age of 16 should keep a personal journal where they write or record their thoughts ideally daily, but at least once every week to see what progress they are making or what ideas or challenges they have. 21/8 - Hansie
Law 27 of 100: Each person over the age of 16 should learn one new word of another language a day (on average) - for at least seven new words every week. 21/8 - Hansie
Law 28 of 100: Think outside the box at least once a month and share that idea. One example could be to build a 5 lane highway next to the existing railway tracks. - 22/8 - Hansie
Law 29 of 100: All exchange control is scrapped immediately. 30/8 - Hansie
Law 30 of 100: Tell your life partner every day: "I love you" - 4/9 - Hansie

Law 32 of 100: Once a month (at least) a husband should do a task in the house that his wife would normally do and once a month a wife should do a task that her husband would normally do - 5/9 - Hansie
Law 33 of 100: Every person over 9 years old should run (or walk) one mile (1,6km) once a month an record his or her time for that distance - 5/9 - Hansie
Law 34 of 100: Every week every person over 9 years old should learn at least five new words of a different language that may assist in communication with people of that group. 5/9 - Hansie
Law 35 of 100; Every person aspiring to get a driver's licence should first pass it on a boardgame or a similar computer game under supervision before making the application to obtain the license in real life. 11/9 - Hansie
Law 36 of 100: Each person who wants to run for public office must be able to build a 1000-piece puzzle. 11/9 - Hansie
Law 37 of 100: Each person running for public office must be certified as a person by a competent body as a person with the ability to apologise (to say I am sorry) and able to give comfort for a person or a group of people that would require a message of comfort. 11/9 - Hansie
Law 38 of 100: Each person over the age of 18 years should attempt one thing every year that previously seemed impossible. An example may be 200 push-ups or 200 pull ups - something that is difficult to achieve or may in fact seem impossible from the point of view of current strength and ability - this does not only apply to physical matters but to emotional and spiritual matters as well. 11/9 - Hansie
Law 39 0f 100: a manufacturer is not allowed to plan for a product to go out of use forcing the users to buy a new product to replace the old one. - 11/9 - Hansie - planned obsolescence - France 2015.
Law 40 of 100: A measurement of GNH should be conducted annually in the country and every piece of new legislation should pass the GNH framework. GNH - Gross National Happiness - Bhutan - 11/9 - Hansie
Law 42 of 100: Cyclists have right of way. In event of an accident between a vehicle and a cyclist, the claim will automatically be against the insurance of the vehicle - Netherlands - 11/9 - Hansie
Law 43 of 100: (day 74 1/10). Journalist could (and should) investigate and report on corruption and other illegal activities without fear of reprisal.
Law 44 of 100: (day 74 1/10). Civil Society watchdog groups and NGO are allowed to operate freely and advocate for transparency and accountability.
(Law 43 and 44 relate to Freedom for the Media and Civil Society).
Law 45 of 100: (day 74 1/10): The judiciary will be protected from political interference, ensuring fair and impartial handling of corruption cases and of course other matters before the courts.
Law 46 of 100: (day 74 1/10): Judges will be appointed for a period of seven years at a time and their tasks and duties will be set out by the Leader of the Country. The judges will be overseen by a Judicial Panel that will monitor the performance and impartiality of the judges on a regular basis. This panel could recommend their removal where warranted.
(Law 45 and 46 are about an independent judiciary who do not manipulate and who are not manipulated).
Law 47 of 100: (day 76 3/10): Children should respect their parents and the authorities.
Law 48 of 100: (day 76 3/10): A citizen will show respect to any other person irrespective of who they are and what they believe in.
Law 49 of 100: (day 76 3/10): Every person who is able to work, should work whether in formal employment or not.
Law 50 of 100: (day 76 3/10): Every person who cannot work should be cared for by his family or the community. The government could make a contribution to this upkeep and reduce taxes for the care givers concerned.
Law 51 of 100: (day 76 3/10): Free electricity will be available to people in exchange for certain care duties in the community. Government will assist the community to fund this. The local community will take responsibility for the allocations of these duties.
Law 52 of 100: (day 96 - 23/10): When you steal something you need to replace the value of those four times. In practical terms if you steal a mobile phone the value of four phones must replace that one.

Law 53 of 100: (day 97 - 24/10): If an animal hurts anybody then the owner must make restitution for damages to the tune of four times the actual cost or an agreed to "amount" by the victim.

Law 54 of 100: (day 98 - 24/10) - Every household should plant one tree per year. Every household should assist 12 other households per year to plant their tree.

Law 55 of 100: (day 104 - 30/10) - Every person completing an online course module that will help him generate an income from that will get a 110% of the course fee refunded within five days of claiming that.
Law 56 of 100: (day 104 - 30/10) - Tablets or laptops will be provided free of charge to learners over the age of 14 with access to educational and motivational material provided that they spend 30 hours per month pursuing designated plans and programs on the internet on their own and give feedback of that to a mentor.

Law 57 of 100: (day 112 - 6/11) - education will be free for all to the level of a first degree, diploma or similar qualification after school. Thirty percent of fees must be provided by the parents and will be refunded to parents on 15 December annually provided that the learner did write the final examination for the year unless a medical certificate is provided by a competent authority.
Law 58 of 100: (20/11)
Every person over the age of 12 must learn how to comfort another person with words and must learn how to teach that to another when over the age of 16 years.
Law 59 of 100:
Regular Review.
Every person should review regularly what he or she is busy with in life - at work, at home in social circles. (day 180 12/1/2024)
Law 60 of 100: (28/2)
Every person over the age of three will have a list of dreams with at least three dreams on that list. Those three (or more) must be submitted annually to a dream bord to keep track of the fact that you are dreaming and imagining and believing.
Law 61 of 100: (31/3) - Each elected official will sign a performance review contract which may lead to the removal of the official or other relevant penalties like salary reduction if they fail to meet the standards set out by the contract as determined by an independent oversight commitee that may not be linked to any political party.
Law 62 of 100: (2/4) - Special Economic Zones will be established that will have generous tax and other incentives to stimulate economic activity in that area, providing a safe investment environment for attracting foreign investment and providing employment opportunities.

Law 63 of 100: (8/4) - Every adult person should teach somebody else one skill that helps them to improve their lives every six months. Every adult should learn one new skill every six months.
Law 64 of 100: (9/4) - Education Reform Act: The focus of education will shift towards nurturing entrepreneurship and the associated job market that bolsters and advances entrepreneurial endeavours. Tasks traditionally managed by the state will be outsourced to entrepreneurs and their companies, rendering the state a lean and financially viable entity.
