Tasks traditionally managed by the state will be outsourced to entrepreneurs and their companies, rendering the state a lean and financially viable entity. That could be used to start a small business or to work with people in a corporation to start a bigger entity that could provide an income to the investor and investor/worker in that bigger entity. A number of people with building skills could work together to tender for building contracts.
