Law 64 of 100: (9/4) - Education Reform Act: The focus of education will shift towards nurturing entrepreneurship and the associated job market that bolsters and advances entrepreneurial endeavours. Tasks traditionally managed by the state will be outsourced to entrepreneurs and their companies, rendering the state a lean and financially viable entity.
Law 65 of 100: (10/4) - Every adult person in the country will receive a entrepreneurship subsidy. That could be used to start a small business or to work with people in a corporation to start a bigger entity that could provide an income to the investor and investor/worker in that bigger entity. A number of people with building skills could work together to tender for building contracts. That may again be a smaller company that work in partnership with a number of other small companies or entities.
Law 66 of 100: (23/4) - Every child will be taught from a young age how to express gratitude for at least one thing every day. Each adult will be required to share one reason for gratitude with two other people every day.
Law 67 of 100: (24/4) - every person should bless his enemy by prayers and in a practical way wherever possible.

Law 69 of 100: (7/5) - Get a little bit stronger and fitter every month. Get fit enough to run 1,6 km fast to chase someone or to run away from someone.
Law 70 of 100: (13/5) - Donations to charitable organisations are totally tax deductible.
Law 71 of 100: (14/5) - Individuals within organisations acting on behalf of the organisation bending the rules or the law in such a way that causes an individual to lose financially directly or indirectly will be personally held liable for the loss and may not access the legal services of his employer or the legal services that his employer may use to defend himself against actions from the aggrieved party.
If the aggrieved party cannot afford the legal process to balance his loss the individual concerned will also be responsible for settling the legal fees of the aggrieved party.

Law 72 of 100: (17/5) - all adults should pass a nutrition examination when they are 18 years old - this licence will be renewed every six years with a refresher course and another test. Without the licence you would not be able to get a loan, continue to work or apply for a new loan or own property.
Law 73 of 100: (21/5) - all adults should play the game Cashflow 101 of Robert Kiyosaki (or a similar game) between ages 18 and 24 at least 30 times to get to get a basic understanding of how money and finances work. You will be getting an ongoing certificate on this for repeating six games in every three-year cycle after that. Without this certificate you would not be able to get a loan, continue to work or own property.
Law 74 of 100: (27/5) - everybody that votes in a general election will get preference for jobs and projects and government loans and subsidies for a period of two years after those elections.
Law 75 of 100: (18/6) - everybody over the age of 14 should ask this question once a week - what project could I start that would give two or three other people the opportunity to work to earn profits from there that will also be profitable for me? each person should spend at least one hour thinking about this or one hour asking other people advice on this.
