where they will earn credits as they use their time and skills to benefit others
and could then at a later stage get that benefit returned to them
by another member of the Ubuntu time Bank.

Law 99 of 100 (18 March 2025): Every person convicted of a crime will get a chance to get into a Restorative Justice Program. This will give the person a chance to get to rehabilitation instead of a prison sentence and
ideally to pay his dues in the community preventing a "lapse" into crime.
